Did you ever care how you breathe?

I did not realize that breathing through nose is so difficult until a couple of days back. It was only during i was asleep that I took in air through my nose. I couldn't obviously have kept my mouth open then. But recently I learnt that breathing through nose is a prerequisite for a healthy body. I am liking the change. I have started breathing through my nose even when I am not sleeping or jogging. Try it if you too suffer from the problem of breathing through your mouth. First start with a conscious breathing through nose session in the morning after you get up. It will automatically become a habit and get extended to your normal day routine. You will eventually start feeling odd if you do not breathe through your nose. And that is what we want :)
